Holiday Fun for a Great Cause
For 32 years, Festival of Trees has brought the community together while raising millions to support health care close to home.
Proceeds from the 2026 festival will support Project 2026, helping the Red Deer Regional Health Foundation bring advanced medical technology and specialized care to Central Alberta, including MRI technology, a da Vinci Surgical System, and a cardiac catheterization lab.
It’s a holiday tradition that makes a difference. Make memories, celebrate the season, and help support better health care for Central Alberta!
